"Today we mourn the passing of the Most Rev. Richard G. Lennon, Bishop Emeritus of the Diocese of Cleveland, who passed away today following a time of illness.   

The Archdiocese of Boston announced today that Rev. Msgr. Francis V. Strahan has been placed on administrative leave, effective immediately, as a result of receiving an allegation of sexual abuse of a minor alleged to have taken place in approximately 2006. Msgr. Strahan is Pastor of Saint Bridget Parish, Framingham, MA. 

Janine Carreiro, Co-Director of Massachusetts Communities Action Network (MCAN) is the recipient of the first annual 2019 Pope Francis Social Justice Award: Faith in Action, sponsored by the Archdiocese of Boston Social Justice Ministry.
