Job Title: RN/LPN (full-time and part-time, onsite in Jamaica Plain, MA)
Job Summary: The Shift Lead Nurse provides direct nursing care to the sisters of the Daughters of Saint Paul Residential Care Home. The Shift Lead Nurse is required to be either an RN or LPN. It is the responsibility of the Shift Lead Nurse to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the CNAs and HHAs. The Shift Lead Nurse is also responsible for the administration of medication and treatments and personal care as needed while ensuring that all the sisters receive safe, attentive, and appropriate care.
